
Is your daughter or son interested in sword fighting like a Musketeer, Jedi, Gladiator, Knight, Robin Hood or Joan of Arc? Then fencing is the answer! During this week-long program, students will learn the basics of the sport through games and fun activities in Southern California's premier fencing location. While learning this Olympic sport campers will discover a strong sense of empowerment, self confidence and leadership. Your child will discover a sport that is both centuries old and completely contemporary because it uses high-tech equipment. Be ready for a fantastic experience.
What to wear: athletic clothing and non-marking athletic shoes.

Fencers planning to compete at the 2012 National Championships & North American Cup in Anaheim, California, would not want to miss out on this intensive training camp. The camp consists of two weeks of high level physical and mental preparation. Training will take place in the fencing club as well as at the beach. This camp is also recommended for athletes planning to start competing in the upcoming 2012-2013 season.

The April event organized by the United States Fencing Association is a combination of the Division I and Wheelchair Championships, and a North American Cup for Youth 10, 12 and 14. GERARD MORENO earned silver in both the foil and saber wheelchair events. MILA WOLPERT finished 12th in the Y14 event and earned her first rating. ERIC ARZOIAN finished top 24 in the Division I event and DARIEN JOSO finished top 32 in the Y14 event. Complete results.

2012 Junior & Cadet World Fencing Championships, Moscow, Russia
March 31 through April 8, 2012, Moscow is the host city for the Junior & Cadet Fencing World Championships. MICHAEL COSTIN of AGFC finishes 24th in the saber cadet event, 19th in the junior event and places 5th together with SASHA RYJIK, ELI DERSCHWITZ and JOHN HALLSTEN in the team event at the 2012 J/C Fencing World Championships.
